USPS shipments of ammunition are not permitted.

All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. No exceptions.
2. Processing & Handling Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment and verification are completed.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We comply with federal, state, and local laws. As such:

We do not ship to jurisdictions where ammunition sales are restricted or prohibited.

Orders placed from restricted states, cities, or counties will be canceled and refunded minus processing fees.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow their local laws regarding ammunition purchases.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity, and destination.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any fees incurred due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries.
5. Delivery Requirements

An adult (21+) with valid government-issued ID must be present to sign for the delivery.

Carriers will not leave ammunition shipments unattended or without signature.

If delivery is missed, customers must coordinate directly with the carrier for re-delivery or pickup.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, Sonoran Reign is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery errors.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee compensation.
7. Cancellations After Shipment

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.

Once a shipping label has been generated, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
