1. Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Sonoran Reign website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

Sonoran Reign (“we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Legal Age and Compliance

By purchasing products from Sonoran Reign, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.

  • You are not prohibited under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other federal, state, or local law from possessing ammunition or related products.

  • You are purchasing products for your own lawful use and not on behalf of another individual.

  • You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable law or policy.

3. Arizona-Only Sales Policy

At this time, Sonoran Reign sells and ships only within the State of Arizona, USA.
Orders placed with an out-of-state shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.

We do not ship internationally, nor to APO/FPO addresses.

4. Adult Signature and Delivery

All ammunition orders require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
The carrier may require a valid, government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
If you refuse delivery or fail to provide ID, your package will be returned to us and subject to restocking and shipping fees.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, code, and layout—is the exclusive property of Sonoran Reign and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may electronically copy and print portions of this Site solely for placing an order or using the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification of materials, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

6. Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this Site are the property of Sonoran Reign or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any mark is prohibited.

7. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information and availability. However, pricing, descriptions, and images are subject to change without notice.
In the event of typographical, inventory, or pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed under incorrect information.

8. Pricing, Orders, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Your payment method will be charged upon order placement.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or non-compliance with law.

  • Limit the quantity of items purchased.

  • Verify customer information prior to shipping.

9. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
We ship only within Arizona and only to physical addresses.

All ammunition shipments require:

  • Adult Signature (21+)

  • Compliance with all local delivery laws

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information or refusal of signature, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of ammunition sales, all ammunition sales are final.
Returns are not accepted unless a product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error.

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
    We will review and, if approved, provide replacement or refund options.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

All products and materials are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Sonoran Reign disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Defects will be corrected.

  • The Site or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sonoran Reign shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Site or products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
